Cute one-bedroom, first-floor condo has heated pool right outside back door with emerald gulf waters just 100 yards away. There's a grassy space for outdoor fun in this well-landscaped, family-friendly retreat of just 26 units.

You'll love the fact you can park your car and leave your keys and the traffic behind. Everything you need is just a few flip-flop feet away with the beach, pool, and an ocean front tropical restaurant (the popular Pompano Joe's) that serves interesting lunch and dinner entrée's as well as chilly beach side beverages.

This updated unit is clean and fun and very private. The unit is right in the middle of all the shopping, dining and recreational action. Located halfway between Destin and Sandestin, you are with in three miles of the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, billed as the nation's largest designer outlet and the Destin Commons, which features many other designer stores as well as a Hard Rock Café and Johnny Rockets.

There's nearly a dozen golf courses in the immediate area including a lighted Par 3 and miniature golf course within walking distance. You can rent bikes, scooters, surfboards, chairs and umbrellas nearby.

Age restriction: We require at least one adult over 25 to make the reservation, check in and be present at all times. Violation of this rule will lead to eviction and forfeiture of all rent payments and/or security deposit.

I love staying at your place. It's always quite, clean, and very relaxing. It's perfect for a nice get away for a family. The pool is just steps away and the beach is a short walk across the street. Pompanoe Joes is right across the street and the view is amazing! You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful for single families,couples or just a quick affordable getaway!

Yes! Seconds to the beach. One of the only properties located across the street from the beach without a obstructed view from other beach front rentals! I love how we can park our car and never leave,for it is walking distance to almost every needed amenity. Pompano Joe's is directly across the street,which we are at even during the day and they keep the property grounds emmaculate so if you want to stay in and grill out you can without feeling as if you're grilling on a dinosaur grill covered in bird droppings! We love staying here and have been return guests for years.The owners are fantastic and if any problems arise they quickly accommodate! Yes, we have had a problem with WIFI at times,but guess what???? It helped me relax and stay off the darn thing.... The pool is always clean and maintained. We love it
here and you will too!

Great access to the beach!

We had a great time at this rental property! Wonderful access to the beach (an easy walk across the street) and nice location very close to the pool. When we got to the condo there was no toilet paper or paper towels/napkins (that was not in the condo description of things to bring. Also...we had no access to WiFi our entire trip. Apparently they had been having some issues that just did not resolved while we were there. I know this may not be a concern for some but for us it was a major inconvenience for us. Otherwise...the condo was great and would highly recommend it for anyone. We also brought our dog with us which was not a problem at all. There are no pets allowed on the grounds of the property but there is plenty of room out back to take a walk.

Owner's Response: I'm so sorry about the WIFI. I know that they were in the process of upgrading some of the equipment which may be part of the reason why there was a problem. I will check with the cleaning service about the TP/Towels...there is supposed to be enough there to get you started. Thank you! We hope you get to come back soon! :)

We had a wonderful time staying at your condo! The area is beautiful with so much to do. The condo was perfect for us. The pictures were just how the condo was when we arrived.
We had everything we could need and the location to the pool and beach couldn't be better. Thank you for making everything go so smoothly! We will definitely be returning!!

This is a great getaway and privite place to stay. The dock has very good fishing, and you are less than 5 minutes from the beach. If you like nature, this is your place.
