This gorgeous home is a newly constructed log home. It has dramatic water views with it's large front deck and also sports a screened in deck overlooking the water. This year round home with almost 1800 sq ft & 3 levels of living space is fully furnished. Living room and Kitchen have vaulted cathedral ceiling over looking water. Master suite on top level has large circular window to water view as well as it's own 3/4 bath. It features all the modern conveniences in a wonderful location just 15 minutes to Bangor & 30 minutes to Acadia National Park. As of 01-16-13 we've added another property on Green lake that is a new construction 3 BR 2 BA so if your week is booked on this listing please inquire and the other property may be available. Great location and amazing lake. Rented this home for a week during our family vacation. We'd previously stayed at a couple of waterfront rentals that weren't really what they'd promised. This was just what was advertised. Modern, clean and provided a great jumping point to Acadia. Rented a boat from Jenkins which was just a walk away and kids loved swimming(the water was clear and warmer than we expected for this early). Definetly recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful home on a great lake

We stayed the last week in July. My family of 4 and my cousins family of 4. We were a total of 8. We were very happy when we walked into the home. It is a beautiful home that has everything we needed for our vacation. The kids loved the ping-pong table on the lower level. Having the washer and dryer was a great plus. The kids loved jumping off the dock and also fishing. Close by is Jenkins beach where you can rent canoes, kayaks and motor boats. We would definately come back to this property.
