Photos and Description of the Tuscan Ridge vacation villa rental
4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), 3 bathrooms, 3 reception rooms. Sleeps upto 8 people

Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with 51' High Definition Surround Sound Digital TV, DVD, Video, Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with Jacuzzi.

We also have a great Games Room with Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Games Machine and Electronic Darts. As well as a Safe, a PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection and webcam, Playstation with games, a new XBOX 360 Kinect with games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. We are fully equipped for family fun.

We have our own website with lots more information, so please have a look and email or call me. I

Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info - they are first class and always available.

We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai outside. A large 51' High Definition Surround Sound Digital TV, DVD, Video, Stereo system in the Family Room as well as a Playstation with games. All our bedrooms have their own TV and CD Player.

A Computer with Broadband / ADSL Internet Access is also there for your use.

We also have a stunning Games Room with a Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, electronic darts and the most brilliant Games Machine with all the old favourites like Pac Man and Space Invaders for you to while away your evenings.

Also, for your convenience and security the villa has a Safe.

We have spent a huge amount of time making our Villa a wonderful home for us when we are there and a fantastic, luxurious home from home for our Guests

Golf: We are minutes away from several golf courses which we can give you more information on.

Disney Villa is right at the heart of all the fun. Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet N’ Wild and the new Legoland are just some of the great attractions this area has to offer, with thrills for everyone young and old(er!).

You are also about an hour away from Clearwater where you can find fantastic beaches, national parks and a great aquarium.

You could also hire an air boat and have a look at Florida's oldest residents in their natural surroundings - Alligators!

Apart from the normal Orlando attractions you will want to spend some time at our Villa. 'Countryside' at Tuscan Ridge is small, exclusive and surrounded by Orange Groves and Woodland. On a still warm night you can smell the oranges as you sit by the pool. The community is safe and has little traffic unlike the many huge estates around. Our community is both residential and rental and therefore has a deep sense of care and well being.

We also have a small Gym and Volleyball Court for the energetic.

Other Activities: Games Room and Computer with High Speed Internet access at the Villa

Golf: We are ideally situated for many many Golf courses. The nearest course to us, 3 minutes drive, is Highlands Reserve on the US 27.

We are just 5 minutes away from Champions Gate Golf Course for those who take their Golf more seriously.

  • 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins, 1 cot The Master Bedroom has a huge King Size bed with a large 32' flat screen TV. The Bathroom en-suite is beautiful with his 'n' hers sinks and mirror units. The walk in shower can fit the whole family if you chose to share!!! A real luxury bedroom. Direct access to pool. The 2nd Master has a Queen size Bedroom which is very spacious (same as an UK King Size) with a 32' cable TV and en-suite bedroom. Direct access to pool. The Disney bedroom is a fun bedroom for the kids also with a cable TV. The fourth bedroom has a cosy feel and decorated in contemporary black and white it and also has a cable TV. Both the single bedrooms have a bathroom between them so not far to their own shared bathroom.

Notes: We welcome guests with wheelchairs but our villa is not specifically converted with handles and ramps. Tuscan Ridge also has a lovely Community Playground, Small Gym and Volleyball Court. You can also walk over to the edge of our Community (5 minutes) and wander into the natural environment of Florida. We have seen some fantastic birds, turtles and wild turkeys.

This Villa was the Best we have Stayed in.....

The Villa was the best we have stayed in during our 3 visits to Orlando. It is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The well equipped games room was well used by the younger members of our group whilst the pool and jacuzzi were great to relax in after a tiring day at Disney. The Villa is well located to nearby amenities and only took us approx 25 minutes to get to the main parks. The booking process was easy and was handled by the owner in a very efficient manner. Dolcetto Drive will be a part of our great memories of visiting Disney.

BEAUTIFUL VILLA

This is our second year staying at Terri's home and we absolutely love her place. Her house feels like a home away from home with all the amenities that one would need. The house was absolutely clean and spotless when we arrived and the pool is just fabulous. The pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful and heated to the agreed temperature.

Management is wonderful and has always immediately taken care of any request we have ever had.

It has been a pleasure speaking with Terri before, during and after our trip if need be and has always immediately addressed any concerns we may have had.
Disney is about 15 minutes away. There are great pizza joints and Chinese food restaurants nearby including Publix, the supermarket.
We have already reserved for next year and hopefully every year to follow. You will not be disappointed in this home!!!!

Excellent Villa

Great location at a very reasonable price with just 3 people, let alone 8.

Property was clean and well maintained. Fab place to stay with kids, using the pool, arcade machine, electronic darts and pool table.

Best bit, however, was the communication from the owner. Excellent service which cut down on any worries you may have about staying in someone else's home.

Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Fabulous Holiday

"Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Orlando. After a week long conference it was nice to be able to unpack and relax in a home atmosphere with my family. The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with every amenity one could ask for.

We were travelling with my wife's family (brother and parents) as well as my two young boys (1 &3). There was tons of room for the boys to play and for everyone to have
their own room to sleep comfortably. William loved the Mickey room and keeps asking when we are going back to our vacation home.

The location was great. Far enough away to be out of the congestion but close enough to be at Disney in under 20 minutes. There was also lots of shopping, restaurants and other entertainment close by. The community is very well kept, safe and full of friendly neighbours.

Being able to unwind in the hot-tub after a long day at Disney or just relaxing by the pool as a family was a definite bonus and added to our vacation. The weather was nice but the evenings were cool so we opted for the heater
which is recommended depending on the time of year. It took the edge off and we had a hard time pulling the boys out of the water.

All-in-all a fantastic option when visiting Orlando with family and one that I would highly recommend. For the price its hard to beat.

Great House

Great House. Clean, safe environment. Modern equipment (game consoles, flatscreens, DVD player, arcade videogames, … everything!).
Excellent condition of house and furniture, .... was good fun to stay there.

Perfect communication with the owners. Very friendly. Very professional. Tons of helpful information.

We certainly enjoyed our stay there and will consider to book next year again for our annual golftrip.
