Enjoy all that Rehoboth has to offer! Everyone loves this charming cottage 5 blocks from the beach in Rehoboth Beach. Located on Sussex St., the cottage is off the street with a fenced yard for privacy and quiet. Downstairs, you will find a living room, dining room and kitchen combo with a queen sleeper. Sliding glass doors open to a lovely beautifully-landscaped yard that provides another room in the summer. Upstairs, is a large bedroom (queen bed) and a full bath with tub and shower. Park your car once and enjoy the restaurants, shopping and beaches of Rehoboth on foot. Everything in town is walking distance. This cottage is perfect for a couple or small family, and makes a great romantic retreat on- or off-season. On rainy days, enjoy our library of books, CDs, and videos, cable TV on our HDTV, or cook gourmet meals in our fully-equipped kitchen. Sorry, NO PETS - we cannot accommodate even small, well-behaved, hypoallergenic, crated pets.

The house is perfectly located on a quiet street only one-half mile from the boardwalk and a block from Rehoboth Avenue (the main shopping and restaurant street). We are also very close to a beautiful bike path. You can park your car and walk anywhere in Rehoboth Beach. Within a short distance you can drive to golf, pier or surf fishing, movie theatres and several outlet malls. The towns of Lewes and Bethany Beach are a short drive.

  • During the summer (May 1-Oct. 30), the property is available for weekly (or longer) rentals. Rentals begin on Friday at 6:00 PM and end on Friday at 12:00 PM. During the off-season (November 1 - May 1), the rate varies, but the minimum is always $300 .We accept major credit cards and Paypal. Last minute specials may be available.

    $500 refundable security deposit required.

The Perfect Getaway

We rented the cottage for New Year's. We needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of DC living and this cottage did just the trick. We were walking distance to restaurants and bars and had a great new years -but it was tucked away enough for us to enjoy cups of coffee and watch movies all morning/afternoon.
We slept great in the comfortable bed, the place was spotless, and well cared for. The heat worked very well. We found that a little heat was all we needed to make the place cozy!
We hope to come back again in-season to compare our experience. Off season was great! Rehoboth is a fun town all year round -and the cottage is a great place to stay! -Deb & Walt

Charming Beach Cottage

Although we only had two short days in this lovely cottage, they were great. The property is charming, set off of the road, and has a wonderful fenced courtyard for relaxing in privacy. The tiny bathroom on the main floor is not built for tall folks like me, but that would be my only complaint (and it is hardly a complaint at all, more of an observation). The upstairs bathroom is the perfect size, and overlooks the wonderful courtyard. You also can't beat the location... one block, and you are on the main drag with lots of great restaurants and stores. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

A piece of heaven on Sussex St!

Perfect size, location and price!

It's a welcoming space with books, wifi access, cable and street parking!

Even in winter there is much to do In Rehoboth Beach and this location affords you closeness to all of it! In addition is far enough from the strip to be beautifully quiet and secluded!

Charming and close to everything

The cottage is just as the photos and description portrays it, charming, colorful, cozy and clean and perfect as a romantic retreat. Our stay was in autumn, but the weather was warm and the walk to shops and the beach was quick and easy. Even in fall, the garden was delightful, with flowering plants and privacy. We ate several times at Dogfish Head because we love microbreweries and we very pleased with the atmosphere, the staff and the food, as well as the fantastic array of beer varieties. Overall a wonderful place to visit and relax.

beautiful week

the cottage added to a beautiful week at the beach. Stay here if you have a love of quality and charm. Drink some wine, walk in the sand, read a book in the garden, turn off the iphone and live a bit.
