Enjoy the beautiful, rocky Maine coast from a private deck overlooking the open ocean at the mouth of the Sheepscott River. Begin your relaxing vacation as soon as you cross the swing bridge onto Southport Island. This modern house is at the end of a private road on the west side of the island and overlooks the ocean and little Christmas cove, giving you a view of beautiful sunrises and sunsets, fishing and lobster boats and pleasure boats.

There is a view of the water from every room in the house. Sounds of the ocean will rock you to sleep each night. Within minutes you can explore the shops of Boothbay Harbor and take advantage of the many boat tours, whale watching, fishing trips or kayak rentals offered from the waterfront. Hike and bike the beautiful nature trails or explore the aquarium. Boothbay Harbor offers many dining options and also has a large grocery store if you prefer to cook for yourself.
