Owner's are making their non-smoking, 'home away from home' available for weekly rentals. This 7th floor end unit, with three sides glass, is in a quiet and prestigious residential area of Myrtle Beach. Enjoy terrific sunrises, sunsets, and gorgeous ocean views from the 8x22 foot balcony. Walk half a block to a beautiful, uncrowded beach with rental chairs and umbrellas available. 2009 renovations include new washer/dryer, dishwasher, windows and bathroom tile floors.. Within ten minutes of three golf courses (over 100 in the Myrtle Beach area), it iis also within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The bedrooms have: 1 king bed, 1 queen, two twins; LR has a sleeper queen sofa. Master bath has a jacuzzi. Bath and bedroom linens are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Families or adults over 25 only. This is an non-smoking condo. No pets, campers, motorcycles, or trailers are permitted on premises.

Myrtle Beach is an hour south of Wilmington, NC and an hour and a half north of Charleston, SC. On the way to Charleston, stop and visit Brookgreen Gardens, Pawley's Island, the Rice Museum, historic Georgetown, SC, the Kaminski House and a variety of southern plantations. The condo is located mid-way between Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach. It is also within minutes of Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Dixie Stampede, and House of Blues. The local hospital is within 5 minutes drive.

The balance, plus a $200 refundable security deposit, and 13% tax, is due 15 days prior to arrival date. After receipt of final payment, the combination to the key lock box for that week will then be forwarded to you by email.

This condo is truely a home away from home. It is very spacious and comfortable and the picutes do not do it justice. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The owners are wonderful people. When we visit Myrtle Beach again, we will definitely call Vicki first!

Hello,

I have to say that Vicki’s condo surpassed our expectations (which is not an easy thing to do). The view was amazing, location was great, and the property was just absolutely fabulous. Unfortunately, we had a mix of sun and rain while in Myrtle Beach, but we did not let this ruin our vacation. It helps when you’re staying at a place where you feel comfortable in no matter how bad the weather is.

Vicki was very helpful from the begging until the end. She is an outstanding woman and I thank her very much for everything.

I am more than happy and willing to recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic Condo

We absolutely loved our week in this condo. This unit is beautiful, very spacious and so comfortable. The kitchen is so well-equipped that everything you could possibly need is there. The linens are excellent, and the beds are all very comfortable. The views are spectacular, so if you come, bring some good binoculars! And the owners are lovely people. Now, if Myrtle Beach is our destination, we will not consider staying anywhere else!

The condo was exactly as described. The photos were up to date and the views from the balcony were more spectacular than the photos showed! Ammenities available were as stated in the property description and location description was accurate.
