Enjoy a true island experience in this non-smoking condo that is perfect for a family. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and the spectacular view of turquoise water from this ocean front condo’s balcony. This newly refurbished condo has all the amenities that families or couples need for a relaxing day at the beach. All linens, pillows, comforters, beach towels and kitchen equipment are provided. The living room features all new furnishings including a large television and cable, DVD player and home theater sound system. The condo is located inside a gated complex that has also been recently renovated and includes a pool for adults and a small wading pool for children. In the morning, walk just one minute to the center of town for fresh baked bread and pastries. Just three minutes away by car, the world famous Luquillo public beach offers kayak rentals, great Puerto Rican food, and lifeguards. Drive just 10 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest and less than 40 minutes to San Juan.

The large bedroom features a twin bed and another twin and full size bunk bed style beds. The second bedroom has one queen size bed, and a new television with cable. Both rooms have air conditioners. The living room sofa is a full size futon. The condo is also close to supermarkets and shopping in Luquillo and the nearby fishing town of Fajardo, which has daily ferries to the pristine islands of Vieques and Culebra. This is a great and economical way to see Puerto Rico with a family!

The view alone was worth the rental. I really enjoyed the time here. We actually rented 3 different condos to fit our group of 13 and all were great. The AC in the rooms is a must, and although the front room doesn't have AC it does have the ocean breeze when you open up the sliding glass door to the deck. The condo was clean and comfortable. Access to the condo is kind of a pain, with the keys and elevators and all, but is worth it when you feel safe and secure during your stay. We got to Old San Juan in about an hour and the rain forest in 15 minutes. Luquillo was the best place on the island and we visited just about the entire thing, including Cabo Rojo. I would recommend Luquillo to anyone and this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy the ocean view, incredible beaches, and short trip to the rainforest or even the first-class golf courses nearby. When we return we'll stay here again no doubt.
