Minutes from championship golf courses, horseback riding, jeep tours, galleries, shopping, finest dining and Old Scottsdale. Pool, fireplace, air-conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils provided, iron & ironing board, ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings, two car garage and private yard. Our 2500 square foot home includes a swimming pool w/hot tub, huge master bedroom with separate access to pool & patio area, three large televisions and three DVD players which are enhanced by premium cable channels. The bedrooms are all cooled by ceiling fans + air conditioning. Very comfortable home! Great location at a great price!

Kerry was good to work with and very responsive to questions. Found the home worked well for us, though we were not aware of all the stairs (two levels and all bedrooms in the lower level) which were a bit much for our elderly parents. We spent the majority of our time around the pool/hot tub as a family with several small children and had a great time. NIce sized pool. Loved the grill as well. Could use a few more baking dishes as we ate almost all meals at the home. Also, the dining tables really only seat 4 comfortably, don't expand (glass topped)and we were never able to all sit together for a meal which would have been nice. Overall, loved the location, loved walking in the neighborhood, had a great time and truly made the home ours for the week.

We were looking for a place to stay for 5 adults interested in attending spring training baseball games. For the most part, this house worked for us. The house is a two level split, with the kitchen and living room on the top part and the three bedrooms and family room on the bottom part.

We liked the four person hot tub and while we didn't use the pool, it looked nice. We liked the big screen TV for watching some sports. I wouldn't call this a "luxury" house; the cabinetry was average and the faux wood floor in the kitchen was worn. Also, one room had two twin beds that were rock hard and the sheets weren't very comfortable.

Other than that we enjoyed the house and liked working with Kerry, the owner.
