This fabulous custom home was completed in October of 2004. Arts & Crafts charm and details will welcome you and your guests into this comfortable, gracious space with waterviews from nearly every room. Large open spaces and cozy corners with eclectic furnishings make this and ideal place to relax or entertain. A huge cook's kitchen with granite counter tops, conversation bar, double ovens, pantry, and more make it a natural hub of the home. The morning room and dining room seat 2-22 for meals. The great room features a conversation-piece mantel salvaged from a shipwreck on Cape Cod and other nautical items of interest. A cozy library full of books and antique political cartoons offers a solitary retreat. Phone, cable and wireless internet access are available. The Hillsmere community boat launch, beach and playground are steps away. Lots of on- and off-street parking are available, plus a private mooring upon request.
