Clean and updated 2 bedroom home with the Cape Cod cottage feel. Approx 1 1/2 miles to kid-friendly Hardings Beach and close to other beautiful Nantucket Sound beaches. Hardwood floors, knotty pine walls, nicely furnished, spacious living area with 52-inch screen TV and DVD, microwave, stand-up shower. Front porch and back deck with patio furniture. Grassy front and back yards, 1-room cabana in backyard (play space), outdoor grill, shell-lined driveway, beach chairs and toys for your use. Nearby area attractions include fishing, bike trails, ice cream parlours, awesome newer playground, public tennis courts, downtown Chatham with its many fine shops and restaurants. Non-smoking. No pets.
