Newly bulit home with new furnishings and mountain views has something for everyone. Ski at Mt. Abram 5 minutes down the road or at Sunday River 15 minutes away. Cross country ski or snowshoe out the back door or pick up the groomed snow mobile trail that passes through the area. Ice skate on Lake Christopher located at the bottom of the hill or bring your ice fishing gear for some of the best fishing around. Melt away the day’s outdoor fun in a two-person whirlpool tub or curl up with a good book in the loft and let the afternoon sun warm your thoughts. Enjoy a seasoned steak on the outdoor grill or head over to the quaint town of Bethel 10 minutes down the road for some fine dining. Roof windows provide an opportunity to stargaze just before you fall asleep and a spectacular wake-up call to begin the next day. Come share our home. We're sure you'll enjoy it. The house is located in the Bryant Pond section of Woodstock overlooking Lake Christopher on a year round private road.

The house is located in the Bryant Pond section of Woodstock Maine overlooking Lake Christopher on a year round private road. We are 2.5 hours north of Boston and 1 hour north west of Portland. If you enjoy recreational canoeing, you’ll love the nearby Androscoggin River. Canoe rentals with guided or unguided tours are available at nearby Outdoor Adventure located in Bethel. Whether you’re a beginner or a novice this is a worthwhile trip to see wildlife in its natural habitat. The rivers and lakes in the area also offer some of the best fresh water fishing Maine has to offer, so don’t forget the fishing gear. The area also offers some great places to mountain bike or hike such as Mt Abram, Sunday River, White Mountain National Forest, or out the back door of the house. Several local stables offer guided and unguided horseback riding tours through a variety of mountain trails.

We had a wonderful vacation with our friends. These memories will last forever. The vacation location was very serene yet functional.Close to many great locations with great scenery.Fully functional with what we needed to be so far from home including the cell phone for our use if necessary.It was the perfect location for us.

This house was wonderful, located on top of a mountain!! It was peaceful and not too far from local towns. We loved it and would definately stay again!! Golf at Sunday River is a must!!!
