No Smoking, No pets, 6 people max, 2 car parking, private bluestone patio with bamboo garden, gas grill, wireless internet and more. Gorgeous full and half baths with limestone tile, vessel sink and a new washer/dryer. Living room with sectional sofa, gas fireplace, 32' LCD TV/DVD with full cable. Beautiful 2nd floor bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) with hardwood floors, recessed lighting, A/C and new beds. Large private lower level bedroom suite includes new queen size bed, 19' LCD TV/DVD/CD with full cable, comfy sofa, recessed lighting and hardwood floors. New white appliances include microwave over the range, fridge with ice maker and dishwasher. (not shown)
