47K Avenida Dr Waksman, La Roselada, Playa de los Locos, Torrevieja.. WITH ROOF SOLARIUM.This 2nd floor apartment is in a well established area on the northern edge of Torrevieja and is set in beautiful gardens which contain grassed areas (rare !!) as well as the communal swimming pool which is available all year round. Mature palm trees provide some welcome shade during the hot summer days & the children can make use of the slide into the swimming pool to cool off. Entrance to the apartment complex is via secure & private doorways, ensuring privacy as well as peace & quiet. The apartment is extremely homely & well appointed with almost every conceivable extra for your enjoyment .The private roof solarium provides wonderful views of the Mediterranean, just a few hundred meters away as well as a more private place to sunbathe. This is one of two apartments in the same complex. See also property number 16830. This apartment sleeps maximum five people.

Torrevieja is on the coast 30 minutes south of Alicante and its international airport. It can also be reached using the new motorway from Murcia airport which also has good flight connections from the UK. The apartment is on the northern edge of town far enough from the centre to be away from the noise and bustle of a busy holiday area but stilll walking distance from the picturesque marina and all the entertainment along the promenade.

  • We accept payment in GB Sterling & Euros only (please, note the conversion is only a guide).We can quote your price in Euros, on request.**
    25% non returnable deposit at time of booking to reserve your dates.
    Balance and returnable damage deposit 6 weeks before departure date. Electricity and water are included in the rental rates
    €70 local management charge payable on arrival. Includes meet & greet service at apartment, towels, cleaning at the end of your stay & handover of keys. Please note that guests are asked to leave at 10am on the day of departure in July & August.
    Air conditioning is optional at Euros 30.00 per week.
  • €150 Breakage deposit (£100 for UK guests, payable with balance payment), refundable by transfer within 2 weeks of the end of the stay. We can arrange airport transfers (extra cost)
    Food packs available for awkward arrival times (extra cost)
    Cots for toddlers are also available at a small extra charge. We can also offer airport transfers.
    10% discount for all long term lets, more than 4 weeks.
  • Bathroom towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
    Please note This property has a maximum occupancy as shown on the front page of the advertisement. In the event of this number being exceeded, either a pro rata charge will be made or the extra person (people) may be asked to leave immediately. Notes: TV has 30 channels, including BBC, ITV, sports & movies. The TV package has been recently updated and now includes 14 radio stations. There is a DVD player in the apartment so you can bring your favourites with you. Both bedrooms & the lounge have ceiling fans & there is one additional free standing fan to keep you cool. Some games, books & playing cards are supplied for further entertainment. Heaters and winter bed linen are provided in the winter months for your comfort. GREAT NEWS !!!!! Local area: Torrevieja is a bustling town based on an old fishing village. It has all the amenities needed for eating, drinking, shopping & generally having fun in the sun! Within 5 minutes walk is the lovely blue flag beach of Playa de los Locos. The beautiful la Mata beach which is also of blue flag standard is only 5 minute's drive away. There are numerous bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment is within 2 Km of the N332 road at the Northern end of Torrevieja. There is a small supermarket just 50 metres walk from the apartment. A larger supermarket is close by to cater for your larger shopping requirements. Several supermarkets are only 5 minutes drive away. There is a large hypermarket less than 10 minutes drive away. The water park in Torrevieja is a favourite attraction for families & younger visitors. There are several Go-Kart tracks in the area, which are excellent fun & entertainment for all ages.

Costa Blanca : The 'white coast' is famous for its wonderful climate, all year round. Even the Spanish claim that local inhabitants live up to 10 years longer than in the rest of Spain! Facilities have improved dramatically in the last few years, particularly with the addition of motorway routes directly into the area & the growth of excellent, all-year round, golf clubs.

Golf courses & buying a place in Spain: Within 15 minutes drive there are 4 18 hole championship courses. These are at Campoamor, Villa Martin & Las Ramblas. Other courses are currently under construction. Anyone who is looking to buy a property in the area should let me know at time of booking as I can arrange for an inspection of properties (new or resale) during your stay, through an English speaking local company, at no extra cost!

A nice place near the beach. With a very nice garden and pool. Aircon. solution not optimal, but it is working :-)
