Our private beach cottage is located on the re-nourished sun-drenched white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. We are located inside the 5th Avenue Beach access, one house off the beach, and only 55 steps to the aqua waters and sugar white sand. Parking for two cars is directly in front of the cottage. SunTiki Cottage is a 'Old Florida' cottage that has been brought in tune for 2009. Soft leather seating in the living room suite and quality linens and amenities await you. Beautiful Mexican Saltillo tile throughout the main area's. Kitchen has been updated to now include a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and full size washer/dryer. The Master bedrooms now offer triple sheeted King size SleepNumber bed by Selectcomfort!.(in Select units)offer outdoor spas and tropical backyards(in select units). Our cottage is centrally heated and air-conditioned for your year round comfort.Walk to great restaurants and shops.

We are located in the barrier island community of Indian Rocks Beach. We are located gulf side of Gulf Boulevard so you will not have to cross the busy street. We are inside the 5th Avenue Beach access, the second house off the beach.

A great vacation cottage!

We are a family of 7 and cannot deal with the typical hotel/condo scene, and found this place on line. A perfect place for our family. Clean, comfortable & very well accommodated. Although it is not right on the beach, it is on a road that is only 3 houses deep & made very little difference to us. The only complaint I could think of is the bathroom is too small, but thats typical for our family...we have 3 at home & thats not enough! The outdoor shower was well used and it even has soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser...we played so much we never had time for the hot tub, but we'll get to that next year...we will return! Nice back yard with grill & shaded seating area too...all around great place. We feel lucky we found the place. Also, the owners live right next door & although we never needed them, it was nice to know they were there if we did. Very nice people too...As for the beach, paradise. Sunsets you'll never forget, endless play for the whole family while still peacefull & relaxing. Walk to anything you need! Take the trolley anywhere else!
