Discover Laguna Beach, Florida! Just west of Panama City Beach, our relaxing townhouse condo is at the quiet end of the beach where you will find miles of uncrowded beaches! It sleeps six comfortably in two bedrooms. The couch in the living room also makes into a queen bed so it will accommodate eight in a pinch. Each bedroom has a bath and there is also a half bath on the first floor. We really enjoy the outdoor enclosed shower where you can rinse off after a great day on the beach. The full kitchen has everything you’ll need and the open dining and living area are very spacious and decorated in colorful beach style. Located about 100 yards from the beach (across the street and 2 houses back), you can enjoy the partial ocean view from the upstairs balcony. The two public beach access walkways lead you to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! We don’t have a swimming pool, but who needs a pool when you have the crystal clear waters of the Gulf.

Whitt-At-Sea is located in Laguna Beach, Florida, just west of Panama City Beach and about 3 miles west of Hwy 79 and Front Beach Rd. intersection (known as the “Y”). This is the “panhandle” of Florida - the northwest section of the state. It is easily accessed from any of the southeastern states by car or by plane if you are traveling from farther away. The Panama City International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away. It’s a short drive to the Heart of Panama City Beach where you’ll find newly opened Pier Park stores and restaurants, Gulf World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, and golf at Hombre & Holiday Courses. The Frank Brown Recreation Park is about 5 miles away with many activities happening year round. For shopping, there are many beach shops,Target, Walmart, as well as beach antique and gift shops. Outlet stores in Destin are about 45 minutes away. Nearby grocery and local seafood stores make grocery shopping a breeze.

Notes: Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Cable TV - one TV in the Living Room and one in upstairs bedroom, VCR upstairs, DVD downstairs. CD/Radio/MP3 (iPod) player recently added. Enjoy the peaceful patio and upstairs balcony for taking in the wonderful ocean breezes, sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. There is an enclosed outdoor shower so you can shower off after having fun in the sun. Maid service upon departure is required. We also have a washer and dryer for your use if needed. There is ample parking for 2 cars. NO Pool - Beach is just across the street with public walkway access. Pets considered with additional pet fee. Smoking allowed outside only. Credit cards accepted through PayPal. Long term renters welcome in winter months only (Nov.-Feb.).

Wonderful Time at the Beach

This was our first family vacation to PCB. We loved the location of this townhouse because it was not too busy but plenty of activity for our family. A short walk to the beach was great.

Our time in the townhouse was nice and quiet. Plenty of room for the six of us and well equiped to keep us entertained when not at the beach.

We look forward to a vacation in this property next year!

The perfect beach vacation

I have to admit that I was a little nervous renting a property from someone on-line that I had never met. I was worried about what the unit actually looked like, were the pictures presented up to date, etc... But all of my worries were set aside as soon as we opened the door. The unit is exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. We immediately started planning our trip for the following year. The beach was uncrowded, beautiful and away from all of the hotels and party scene. This unit is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. It's also pet friendly. The owner was awesome. We can't wait to visit again this summer.

My family and I just recently returned from Panama City Beach where we stayed at Whit at sea condo. We all felt right at home, all the comforts of home were in the condo. We had plenty of space and just a short walk to the uncrowded beach. we plan on returning next year.

We LOVED this condo. Very homey. There was hardly anyone on the beaches except us, and the sand there is as clean and white as sugar. This is the kind of vacation place I love, a perfect place for swimsuits and sun and sand and cold drinks and naps in the afternoon. I highly recommend it.
