    Security deposit required $150.00. Additional $55.00 cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights.

    Monthly Winter Rentals are welcomed! Monthly rentals have an additional cleaning fee of $95.00.

    Additional pet deposit required. $10.00 per pet (Pets must be pre-approved)

    $25,00 Cancellation fee on all confirmed reservations

    Trailers, motor-homes and water crafts are not permitted on property. Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests.
  • Payment Methods:
    Check or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover).
    Cancellations:
    Cancellations must be made prior to arrival date to receive a refund less a $25.00 administrative fee. You may receive a refund for early departure provided you give 48 hour advance notice and all minimum night stay requirements have been met.

    Security Deposit:
    A cash or credit card security deposit required of $150.00. Guests are held responsible for any damages,violations, or theft. Inspectors walk through each unit after checkout to ensure property is left in good condition. Deposits are refundable by mail 21 working days after checkout date if there is no damage to the unit or loss.

This ''no smoking unit'' is fully furnished, sleeps 8, 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has walk-in closet and private bath, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, dishes, spice rack, etc...) living/dining, full-size washer & dryer. It has cable TVs, DVD, and a BBQ grill located just outside the back overlooking the golf course, with a pool & Jacuzzi located directly across from the front of the villa a few feet away. Wonderful view of the ninth fairway at True Blue one of South Carloina's most awarded courses.

This unit was fabulous as it made one feel that we were in a beautiful home away from home. The location was close to everything. Drive 15-20 minutes away to Garden City to have a unbelievable dinner at Gulf Stream. The property even had a swimming pool right out the front door. We loved the huge kitchen as we like to cook as a group
We can't say enough about. It even has a screened in patio. You will not be disappointed in this rental. Denise, who booked the whole thing for use was always very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions etc. She even took care, graciously of the problem we had, we lost the condo keys! We highly recommend that you visit this great area of the country were Southern Hospitality reigns!

Great Pawley's Vaction Spot

This was an excellent place to stay. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need.It is an excellent location for golf-- close to lots of nice courses.
It is very quiet and relaxing but located close to Highway 17-- just a quick jaunt to the beach and easy access to some of the attractions of points north and Myrtle Beach.
We also had the most wonderful neighbors which mad it even nicer.A wonderufl home away from home!!
Would highly reccommend this to all!!
