  • A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required and must be received within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within 21 days of departure as long as the provisions in the contract are met. Note: During the summer season, we rent from Saturday to Saturday. For all other times, please contact me with your preferences and we will try to accommodate you.

We loved this rental. The space was beautifully designed, spacious,very clean and just made for a wonderful vacation. It was nice to come to a place where you could relax and enjoy the week. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back. A big thank you to the owners of the condo making it hassle-free when booking the unit. I would and have recommended this unit to many individuals that I know who love to come to the beach. Thanks again.

an absolutely beautiful villa. very clean and nicely decorated. truely a great place for a family to stay. great pools, close to the beach, and close to stores for shopping. me and my family would deffinately love to stay at the villa again.

Great Vacation Villa

this was our first experience with renting a VRBO property and it could not have been easier! Dealing directly with the owner made me feel comfortable and they were wonderful. The villa was nicely furnished, well stocked and had lots of info about things to do and places to eat, etc. If you like golf Tidewater is a great course - challenging if that is what you want but very enjoyable with great views of the intercoastal waterway. The location is central to everything in Myrtle Beach with Cherry Grove beach very nearby.

Beautiful Tidewater, 5 star

This is a beautiful quiet gated community and I give it 5 Star accomodations. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities, 5 minutes from the beach. Our family so enjoyed every minute of it and we will definitely go back there again in a flash.
The sleep was fantastic. There was not one thing to complain about. Better then staying at a 4 star hotel that is why I give it 5. Go to the beach or relax by the pool in and enjoy an evening swim.

Great place, great time, great memories

We enjoyed our family vacation in this clean, comfortable and tastefully designed condo. There was lots of room and comforts in the room. We felt right at home and the closeness to the beautiful beach is a great sell for us. I highly recommend this condo for your myrtle beach vacation.
