Fantastic master bath with soaking tub and walk in shower. 3 walk in closets; washer & dryer; 2 car garage; glass sliders to gorgeous pool area from 3 rooms. Doubt if you could want for more. Close to MLB spring training, beaches, golf, theater, groceries, fine dining, outlet malls, the international airport, Florida Gulf Coast University, Germain Arena for hockey & basketball. You can even rent a kayak! All this with the wonderful Florida sunshine and climate.

A pleasure to rent! Lovely home and safe area!!!

I rented this home for the month of March, 2009. We were very happy with the house and amenities. The area or neighborhood in which the house is situated is safe and the neighbours are friendly and helpful. It is situated 10 minutes from the airport and close to any kind of shopping you can imagine. The local golf course is also very close.
Owners are very gracious and helpful!
