This newly remodeled condominium is located on the 16th green of the beautiful Dinah Shore Tournament Course at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage. This two story, two large bedrooms (both w/TVs) is beautifully furnished with wet bar and washer and dryer. Each bedroom also has its own deck overlooking the golf course. Bar-B-Q and misters are on the patio. A large pool and spa is located within steps of the condo. Kitchen is fully stocked! Rancho Mirage is noted for its many restaurants, both upscale and moderately priced, and all within a 10 minute drive or less. Some of the most gorgeous golf courses in the state are all within 20 minutes of you! And three of them are right in your backyard! You will have guest access to the Pete Dye and Palmer Golf Course. Please note that you will be required to play with a member on the tournament course. You also have access to the clubhouse/dining room and bar. $65 cleaning fee We have high speed wireless for your convenience.
