Our 2nd floor ocean view condo located on E. Stanton Road is 1 block from the beach. Home offers: private balcony; private pool for guests/owners only; fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops; full washer/dryer; 2 garage-covered assigned-parking spaces; elevator; personal storage closet on the ground floor includes 4 new beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 3 boogie boards, and more! Pillows, comforters, and blankets provided. Renters must bring own sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. We can provide bath towels, but renters must wash and dry towels prior to leaving. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the extras and special touches! Building maintenance (pool, grounds, trash) serviced by Four Seasons Property Management.

Room dimensions: Master bedroom = 11' x 13'; Twin bedroom = 11'1' x 10'2'; Bunk bedroom = 11' x 10'; Living/Dining/Kitchen area ('L' shaped) = 21 x 18'3'

Our Family Loved This Condo!

Our Family rented this unit in June, 2008. We were delighted to find a place that was able to meet the needs of our family of seven. The property was in perfect condition and the furnishings and extras - delightful.
It was relaxing to sit on the balcony where we could view the ocean. The children liked the option of using the pool or taking a short walk to the ocean.
The owners are very kind people and we hope to rent from them again!
