Don Joaquin is a relatively new, very modern complex, completed in 2002. The apartment is a spacious two bed, two bathroom on the second floor, well situated, close to all amenities, and approx 500 meters from the beach. There is a good size balcony that overlooks the pool. Getting to the apartment is easy, as it is less than 15 mins from the airport.

Nearest Train: El Pinillo at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
The apartment is centrally located. All the essential amenities, supermarket, restaurants, bars all close by, and the beach is less than 10 mins walk. There is a bus stop within 200 metres of the apartment, with services between Malaga & Marbella. You are also close to the Malaga Fuengirolla rail line, which runs every 30 mins. There are also a number of well known golf courses close by. Everything you need is within walking distance, while a car is not necessary, you do have your own private parking space.

  • Exception to the above Easter & Christmas bookings. All bookings Saturday to Saturday, some flexibility outside the high season. Bookings from Nov to Mar are E300 per week, discounts offered for long term bookings, 4weeks+.

    Arrivals 2pm, departures 10 am.
  • 30% booking deposit required to confirm booking, balance 2 months before arrival, 2 month in the high season.
    A security deposit €150 may also be required, which will be refunded 1 week after departure, subject to the apt being in order, return of keys etc.
  • Special rates available for long term winter lets.

There is plenty to see and do in the area. Tivoli Park for example, which is a centre of entertainment mainly for the young. There is also the Aqua Park, which is less than 10 mins by taxi.

The area caters well for young and not so young. The Marina is well populated with lively bars, restaurants, and discos. While the area is lively, you are assured of a good nights sleep

Golf For the golf enthusiast there are a number of golf courses close by. There is at least 50 golf course on the Costa Del Sol alone.
