Jane Marie Cottage is tastefully decorated with a bright open floor plan with 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and lower level geared towards kids. Features include gourmet kitchen, 2nd fridge in lower level, outdoor shower, a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings, hardwood floors, 2 10x30 rear decks with gas grill and outside seating, great for entertaining! You can rent a car, moped or bicycle when you arrive or you may bring your own. Taxi's are also available. There are many things to do and see on Block Island from hiking, fishing, clamming, boating, sunbathing, touring the island to see the bluffs, lighthouses, greenway, and many historical buildings, dining at many restaurants, go to the zoo, library or museum, shop in the many boutiques, enjoy a summer concert or just relax and take in the stunning views of the island.

Groceries: You can shop at the BIG (Block Island Grocery) located one block from the house, The Block Island Depot or you can order on line from Peapod (Stop & Shop) who will deliver to the boat, then all you have to do is pick it up at the ferry. If you need medicine during your stay, you can order your subscription and have it delivered to the Block Island Airport.

Church: There is a church within walking distance as well as others on the island.
