4 Bedroom High End Luxury South Shore Villa With Ocean and National Park Views!

My husband and 6 other friends surprised me with a trip to St John for my 40th birthday. I cannot imagine a better way to end my thirties. If this is what it's like to be 40, bring it on!

This villa has amazing views, a fantastic kitchen, gorgeous spacious rooms with refrigerators, two rooms with outside showers and a pool that drains away all problems. The owner has thought about all the details, Caribbean music for the outdoor/indoor stereo, beach chairs, coolers, books, games and movies (but you are not going to stay indoors). This south facing hillside villa has sun all day and undeveloped views to the east of the National Park. The large expansive doors let in a refreshing breeze and the landscaping with flowers and fruit trees are beautiful.

The villa is perfectly located for a short drive to Cruz Bay and a leisurely ride to Coral Bay. Far from the developed sections yet close to everything.

We had a catering company (Katilady) come to villa for my birthday dinner on the gorgeous patio. The dinner was incredible. The caterers also commented on the beauty of the view, villa layout and gourmet kitchen. They said it was one of the best they have seen, and they've seen a lot!!

Both the owner and rental company, Larry and Mark, were very responsive and attentive to all of our requests.

We just got back yesterday and are already planning a trip for next year!!

I'm a regular to St. John and recently had my first stay in South Shore Villa. I'm completely blown away! A die-hard of the North Shore, this was my first visit to the South Shore of St John. South Shore Villa affords privacy and miraculous views and maintains isolation without adding a painful commute. The layout of the villa is ideal with plenty of indoor and outdoor social space while remaining convenient to bedrooms that keep their privacy. The villa was in very good shape and it is obvious that the owner's maintain a keen eye to maintenance. We loved the high-end appliances and very easy to use powerful stereo system. It is comfortably convenient to the Westin for our fishing, the North Shore beaches for our wives, and Cruz and Coral Bays for us all. We maintained comfort in the air conditioned spaces but the steady breeze and mid-elevation would certainly allow comfort with all the windows and doors left open. Interestingly, bugs were not at all an issue. I was somewhat skeptical but have definitely been won over and look forward to our return visits!

Thank you for renting your home. It has the best views on island. The kitchen is wonderful. I wish I could live here.
