Private, attractive 4-level townhouse is perfect for large groups. Enjoy high-speed wireless internet access and digital cable during your stay. Main floor has a mudroom that leads to a kitchen with a 6 seat breakfast bar, a dining area, and an open concept living area with cable TV/DVD/VCR/stereo and comfortable couches around a wood stove. Second floor has a full bath and 2 queen bedrooms. Third floor has 1 queen bedroom with a skylight. The finished basement has a full bath and two bedrooms; one with two twin beds and another with two bunk beds. It also has a second living area with cable TV/DVD/VCR that is great for kids. The Mount Washington Valley cross country ski touring trails are just behind the townhouse!

Nice unit. Convenient location. Owners were easy to deal with. The only reasson that I didn't give it 5 stars was because it did not have a hot tub (which I knew in advance).

We really enjoyed our stay here after the holidays. The townhouse was clean and comfortable, well-stocked and spacious. We had our extended family of 12 and we didn't feel crowded! The only minor problems were that the heat didn't reach the third floor very well and the parking lot was a sheet of ice. We would definitely go again.

First I want to say, "Thank you" to Louise! You did a great job and offered a wonderful home for a great price. We had all the amenities necessary to cook and light the fire. This was big, because we eat in every meal.

The only downside to writing this review is that I don't want to let the cat out of the bag about this place! Anyone who rents here will find that it is comfortable to sleep 11 people, there is plenty of living space for kids to play games by the fire or even to be "kicked out" by us grown-ups and made to play downstairs or out in the back yard. There are two TV's, though we had a rule about turning them on (no tv watching) and there is good internet access, which we did use to get local info.

We all came home refreshed, after leaving the world behind for a couple of days. I highly recommend this place for a multiple family retreat!

We Loved It!

The property was accurately described so there were no surprises.The property was well maintained and the owners were more than willing to answer any questions that we had.It was located close enough to North Conway that we were just minutes from shopping and restaurants but at the same time was at the end of a road off the highway which gave us a lot of privacy and peace and quiet.I would definately recommend this property to a friend and if we go back next year we will definately see if it is available.There were 7 adults and 3 young children in our group and we were all very comfortable.
