Lovely home on a quiet sandy lane in Wellfleet. 300 yards to Chipman's Cove. Fantastic sunsets over Wellfleet Harbor and Chipman's Cove. Indian Neck beach is 8/10ths of a mile. National seashore ocean beaches and fresh water ponds 5 minutes away. This wonderful home has a large private yard, sun drenched deck, private outdoor shower (hot & cold). Cathedral ceilings and skylights brighten up living room and sun room. Modern gourmet kitchen has Corian counter tops and designer maple cabinets. Master bedroom w/private jacuzzi bath/shower. Great farmers porch is great to sit out on for those quiet summer nights. Our home is very bright and inviting with its tasteful decor. There are Cd's, books and games for our guests to enjoy. Please, no smoking and no pets allowed.

Our home is conveniently located 5 min. to the center of Wellfleet and Wellfleet Pier. Dancing and music on the Pier in the summer. (Lots of fun for all ages -square dancing). There are plenty of shops, art galleries and restaurants for your pleasure. The beaches are 5 to 10 min away. You have your choice of the Bay side beaches with the lovely sunsets or the National Seashore beaches with the waves for surfing. At the end of our street is Chipman's Cove and 8/10ths is Indian Neck Beach. Province town is 20-30 min away, Eastham is the next town over and Orleans is 15min. Wellfleet Dive-in is a must in the summer as well as the flea market. Nationa Audubon is 5 min away with nature trails and programs. Never a dull moment on the Cape!
