This very unique waterfront home in the beautiful village of Rockport has it's own rocky beach! Walk from your large private deck, through the gardens to a protected cove. Swim, fish, sail or just sit back and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean. Out Building with equally beautiful views, is handy as a play house for the kids or another quiet spot to sit and look out over the ocean. Walking distance to Rockport Village with it's shops and historic Bearskin Neck. Nearby in Gloucester there is whale watching, museums and the best local seafood, right off the boats! Rockport also has a variety of wonderful restaurants, from the casual to the elegant. Pick up some fresh local lobsters and clams and have your own clam bake on your own beach. The most beautiful views in all of Rockport!

If you are looking for the most gorgeous views over Rockport you have come to the right place. It is a 10 min walk to downtown Rockport and Bearskin Neck shopping, no worry about parking even when Rockport gets very busy. Watch the moon rising over Rockport Harbor from the large deck and the very private waterfront rocky beach, a large fenced in yard over looks the water, wonderful if you have a pet or small children. A gate leads to the water down a granite stairway. A very special place.

Great waterfront house!

The house was wonderful. The kids had a great time walking down to the water and hanging out. The fireplace in the house was so nice - even though it rained a lot we were nice and cozy with a fire in the evening. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was also quite nice and well equipped. We also appreciated the washer and dryer and dish washer!
My husband and I have been coming to Rockport for 25 years. This is the first time we rented a house. We brought the whole family and had plenty of space.
We enjoyed the house tremendously and I'd love to come back in the winter!
