This attractively decorated condo is less than 200 yds from the Quicksilver hi-speed ski lift., just as close as the Ski in/Ski outs but MUCH cheaper! Only a block from historic Main St. with it's many wonderful shops, restaurants and seasonal events. The free shuttle, which stops near the condo, will take you to all the other ski lifts plus all the other world class ski resorts [Keystone, Arapahoe Basin & Copper Mountain] and towns. You won't need your car. Breck is enchanting year round. After an intense day of skiing, hiking, biking, shopping, etc. come home to relax in one of the 4 hot tubs [2 inside, 2 outside] or the heated pool [with kiddie pool] or sauna. Go back to your condo and enjoy a tasty home-cooked meal in front of a blazing fire, [Summer or Winter] stroll into town to browse and enjoy one of the many excellent restaurants housed in charming Victorian buildings. Winter and Summer, Breckenridge has the best! The living room has a brand new, very comfortable queen sleeper sofa with a nice thick mattress. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably.

We stayed in this condo 2/2/08 - 2/9/08. This condo is very well equipped and had all we needed to make our stay most enjoyable. It is very convenient to the free shuttle bus and an easy walk to town. It's a doable walk to/from the ski lift but I wouldn't recommend it for families with young kids if you're carrying skis and poles. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We had a great time. Owner's Response: If you rent your skis, etc. from the ski store on the path to the lift, you can leave your equipment there overnight [except possibly super busy holidays]

Great condo, very comfortable and a great price and location. Can walk to Peak 9 lifts and to town. Also has use of nice pool and hot tubs. Owner is great to work with.

Our family of four stayed in this condo Aug 1-5, 2005. It was exactly as pictured in the VRBO listing; very well equipped. Excellent, quiet location; easy walk to downtown Breckenridge via scenic river trails or sidewalks. Owner very pleasant to work with via e-mail and phone.

Spent a week in the condo and had a great time. You can walk to everything and no real need to drive. Plenty of room and very clean.
