4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Sleeps 6 adults and 4 children

This tastefully decorated four bedroom, two full bath, Cape Cod summer cottage is situated in a private and secluded ''cottage colony'' setting. Many new furnishings and upgrades are included. Two bedrooms on the first floor - a queen and a king - and two more upstairs, one with a double and a twin, and the other with two sets of bunk beds. Ceiling fan in master, AC in upstairs bedrooms. Relax on the private deck with lounge chairs, table & chairs, charcoal grill and shower.

Coin operated laundry machines are in a shared building right next door. Bike trail just 0.2 miles around the corner and convenient to restaurants, deli, shops, ice cream, and more. One mile to Campground Beach and a short drive to Nauset Light and Coastguard Beaches to hit the surf. Five miles to the heart of Orleans, seven miles to Wellfleet's quaint town center, and close to the Wellfleet Drive-In and Cinemas.

Enjoy your family gathering in this spacious cottage, which comprises 2/3 of a large semi-detached unit. Unit #2's two entrances, three parking spaces, and large deck are for the exclusive use of Unit #2: None is shared with the adjacent Unit #3. The deck for Unit #3 is not visible from the deck of Unit #2: they are on different sides of the building and also separated by a wood privacy fence.

Cable television is provided both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs main room includes a flat screen HDTV, as does the King Master Bedroom,

Wireless high speed internet is included.

This cottage is in a private and secluded community. One entrance road serves 6 cottages. There is no traffic (walking, biking, or driving) go by in front of your cottage.

What makes this cottage unique

Although it does feel secluded and private, there are restaurants and small grocery stores within walking distance. This is a great benefit if you do not wish to drive in the summer traffic.

  • Two bedrooms are on the first floor; one with a king bed and one with a queen. These bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the main living area, each next to a full bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the second floor; one with a double bed and a twin bed, the other has two sets of bunk beds. The bunk room also has a sofa and a recliner and offers extra living area for the kids. Each bed is outfitted with a mattress pad, a cotton blanket, a comforter/quilt, and pillows.

Notes: There is one ceiling fan located in the master bedroom. There is a window fan and a floor fan to be placed as necessary. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has a window-unit air conditioner. The deck has two lounge chairs, a table with four chairs and an umbrella, and a charcoal grill. There are six beach chairs, eight beach towels and four canvas beach bags at the house. Laundry machines are located in a shared building next door, and a small ironing board and iron are located in one of the bathrooms.
