Four bedroom, two full bath Cape Cod summer cottage located conveniently off of Route 6, yet in a private ''cottage colony'' setting. Tastefully redecorated, and with many new furnishings and upgrades, this property comprises 2/3 of a large house converted in 2000 to two units. Located just five miles from Orleans center's shopping and restaurants and seven miles from Wellfleet's quaint town center, the property is also just a short ride to the Wellfleet Drive-In and less than a quarter mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Nice, private deck with lounge chairs, table & chairs, charcoal grill and shower. Laundry machines are in a shared building right next door. A short drive to Nauset Light and Campground Beaches, this property is easily accessible to all the outer and lower Cape have to offer! A great house for families, there are two bedrooms on the first floor - a queen and a king - and two more upstairs, one with a double and a twin, and the other with two sets of bunks.

  • There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and one with a king. These bedrooms are well situated at opposite ends of the main living area, each next to a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs; one has a double bed as well as a twin bed, and the other has two sets of bunks. The bunk room also has a sofa and a recliner and is a nice little extra living area for the kids. Every bed is outfitted with a mattress pad, a cotton blanket, a comforter and a quilt, but Tenants are Responsible for Providing Their Own Sheets and Towels.

Notes: There is one ceiling fan located in the master bedroom. There is a window fan and a floor fan to be placed as necessary. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has a window-unit air conditioner. The property is stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and cleaning products. As a courtesy to other renters, it is requested that tenants replace what paper products they use. There is a basket full of local information including take-out menus, etc. Renters are encouraged to add to this collection. There are a couple of games and puzzles for children. The deck has two lounge chairs, a dining table with four chairs and an umbrella, and a charcoal grill. There's a sunny teak bench out front for you and your morning coffee. There are six beach chairs, eight beach towels and four canvas beach bags at the house. Laundry machines are located in a shared building next door, and a small ironing board and iron are located in one of the bathrooms.
