This tastefully decorated four bedroom, two full bath, Cape Cod summer cottage is situated in a private ''cottage colony'' setting. With many new furnishings and upgrades, this home comprises 2/3 of a large house converted to two units. Two bedrooms on the first floor - a queen and a king - and two more upstairs, one with a double and a twin, and the other with two sets of bunk beds. Ceiling fan in master, AC in upstairs bedrooms. Relax on the private deck with lounge chairs, table & chairs, charcoal grill and shower. Laundry machines are in a shared building right next door. Bike trail just .2 miles around the corner and convenient to restaurants, deli, shops, ice cream, and more. One mile to Campground Beach and a short drive to Nauset Light and Coastguard Beaches to hit the surf. Five miles to the heart of Orleans, seven miles to Wellfleet's quaint town center, and close to the Wellfleet Drive-In and Cinemas. Enjoy your family gathering in this spacious cottage!

The deck has two lounge chairs, a table with four chairs and an umbrella, and a charcoal grill. There's a sunny teak bench out front for you and your morning coffee. There are six beach chairs, eight beach towels and four canvas beach bags at the house. Laundry machines are located in a shared building next door, and a small ironing board and iron are located in one of the bathrooms.
