Quaint summer cottage at the end of a dead end road, nice lawn and private dock, great swimming and fishing. There is a campfire pit down near the lake for those beautiful summer nights when the kids toast marshmallows and the adults enjoy the fire and the evening. We are 30 minutes from Manchester for shopping and we are 60 minutes from Saratoga for the racing season. There are nature trails and mt bike trails also at the end of our road. For the golfer in the family we have an 18 public golf course within walking distance of the cottage.

Quaint summer cottage on a beautiful, quiet Vermont lake, enjoy the beauty of the lake and mountains or take in a round of golf just across the street from the cottage. There is also antiquing and shopping in nearby Manchester. There is a water park and amusement park 50 min away in the Lake George area. If you like horse racing then Saratoga is 60 min. away.

Golf: Challenging 18 hole public golf course with some beautiful views on the back 9. Nice new clubhouse with full bar and menu available. Covered golf carts and rental clubs are also available. Very reasonable greens fees and a Monday special every week.
