As the owners of this vacation home, we commit to keep the place as clean, comfortable and lovely as possible for yours and our own enjoyment. Our place is 1,300 sq ft.; 3 bedroom; 2 baths; on the first floor fully furnished condo looking to the River Oaks Golf Plantation. We are just right across the famous world tour golf link and surrounded by other golf plantations such as The Legends; Arrowhead etc. Beside that, we also equipped our unit with a television with free cable in each room; DVD players; in-house washer/dryer and linens. Our place is just minutes from the Coastal Grand mall, Tanger Outlet Malls, Broadway at the beach, Walmart, Costco, Supermarkets, Airport, Aquarium, Restaurants etc. and only a short drive to the white, sandy beaches.

First floor unit for easy access. Bedrooms with queens and twin size beds including Pull-out sofa sleeping from 6 to 8 persons. Cable-TVs for living room and all bedrooms. DVD players. Microwave and blender. Dishwasher, washer and dryer machines. Outdoor pool complete with hot tub. grillings areas.

Hard Rock Park

This place is very close to the newy Hard Rock park. You could walk to the park if you wanted to. That was what we did. The kids loved it. I really love the patio where we sat and enjoyed our drinks watching the golf players on the green. I recommend this unit to everyone whom like to relax and have fun at the same time.

Immaculate and in a very good location. Close to everything. I would totally rent from Tri and Shawn again. I would also recommend this condo to anyone that is going to be in the Myrtle Beach Area. We loved it.

Perfect vacation

This condo is pefectly placed right in the middle of everything. Just far enough away from the busy downtown to relax yet only a 10 minute drive to the beach. It also helps that the back yard is on the golf course we could not have asked for more very clean great neighbors. We will definitly be renting here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Fantastic Family Getaway

Great Location, 1st floor, we had a wonderful stay. Condo very clean and roomy. More than enough room for 6 in beds, 2 on pull out couch with 2 bathrooms. Full size washer and dryer, and kitchen.

Located off 501, same exit as Hard Rock Theme Park. Within minutes of Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and of course Myrtle Beach.

Grandmother enjoyed the screened back porch. Daughter and Dad enjoyed the pool/hot tub which are very close to condo. No problem parking.

We will be calling on our next visit to Myrtle Beach, SC.

Great vacation rental

The condo was great and exactly as described. Very roomy, clean and beautiful. The pool is very nice and the residents are welcoming. It's close to the beach and all the attractions. The owners are very kind and went out of their way to assist us when we forgot something there. I will definitely rent this condo again.
