Spacious raised ranch with tiled floors gives this home a real beachy feeling plus over 1800 square feet of living space! Upper level has an open floor plan with fully applianced kitchen, dining area and living room. Hallway leads to 2 bedrooms and full bath. Sliders off dining area open to large deck for entertaining and family cookouts. Lower level has large family room, 2 bedrooms a bath with shower and laundry room. Rear door leads to yard and outdoor shower. The home comes equipped with 2 televisions both with expanded cable service, a gas grill, patio table & chairs and market umbrella to enjoy leisure time outside.

Briggs Farm Neighborhood: Briggs Farm neighborhood is located off Route 108 conveniently between Point Judith and Narragansett. This location affords you the opportunity to pick among the best beaches in Rhode Island! Narragansett Town Beach is 5 minutes away, Scarborough about 3 minutes away, Captain Wheeler Beach about 3 minutes away and Gailee 4 minutes away. If you are new to vacationing in Narragansett I would recommend trying them all, as each beach offers its own natural beauty and amenities.

Golf: If golf is your game the area has many courses that are open to the public. A miniature golf course is located on Rte.108 and a pitch in putt course is located on Rte 1A.

Other Activities: Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos are close by. Newport offers great history and a ferry to Martha's Vineyard makes for a nice day trip!

My family & I loved this property. There was more than enough room for 6 of us to stay. The street was very quiet. We loved that the kitchen & living room were so open. We truly enjoyed staying here. I would highly recomend it.
