Available to rent is this spectacular brand new villa completed in February 2006. Queen/king beds, en-suite bathroom, double Jacuzzi baths, with separate shower cubicles, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, A/C throughout, mood lighting, 50/60” TV, satellites, DVD/CD players, leather sofas, security safes and an 8-seater dining table. The Villa boasts glass fronted bow shaped floor to ceiling windows in the living room, open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen. There is an over sized private pool, look-out tower, outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers and a Gazebo in a landscaped garden all in complete seclusion!

The Villa is set up on the hill side, 250 feet away from the ocean & beach. Guests can use February Point Resort Estates (small fee). The main town on the Island (George Town) is only 0.5 miles away. In town, you will find many amenities and activities to partake of, including a grocery store, hire a boat/car, scuba diving/snorkeling, straw market, local shops, Starfish Eco-tours, bone fishing and catch a water taxi to the Stocking Island or a neighboring Island/cay! The Emerald Isle Casino and World Renowned Greg Norman 18 hole Golf Course are only a short drive away.
