The Villa is set up on the hill side, 250 feet away from the ocean & beach. Guests can use February Point Resort Estates (small fee). The main town on the Island (George Town) is only 0.5 miles away. In town, you will find many amenities and activities to partake of, including a grocery store, hire a boat/car, scuba diving/snorkeling, straw market, local shops, Starfish Eco-tours, bone fishing and catch a water taxi to the Stocking Island or a neighboring Island/cay! The Emerald Isle Casino and World Renowned Greg Norman 18 hole Golf Course are only a short drive away.

We just returned from vacationing with friends at the Ellie-Mae. 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 10-14). The Ellie-Mae was the perfect, peaceful home to experience Exuma. Darren and Francesca treated us more like family than renters. Thanks to Darren, who located a rental van for us, we were free to explore Exuma. It was refreshing to visit a place where people are friendly, helpful and honest. Don't hesitate to book this home.

We wish to express our thanks to you. Our vacation in paradise was much needed. Your villa is lovely - it suited our needs perfectly (although larger than we needed as we are only 4).

The gourmet kitchen was a cooks dream! And with a direct view to the pool, a parents dream! Accommodations were comfortable & owners very pleasant and easy to deal with. They offered many suggestions for dining, beaches & exploring.

Although the weather could have co-operated a bit more, we would vacation with you again & would definately recommend your lovely property to friends & family.

The Ellie-Mae villa is a luxurious home with great amenities that make for a great vacation. It was a great place to go with kids since the pool allowed the kids to go swimming when they wanted and the separate TV room allowed the kids to relax on their own. The beaches in Exuma were awesome and some of the best I have ever been to. We highly recommend spending some time at the Chat 'n Chill. We wanted to visit various beaches so we booked our taxi driver for the week. We negotiated a daily rate and he was always available to drive 8 of us around. His name was Anthony and his friendliness was outstanding. Franscesca and Darren were always available and help us out with a few of our errands. We were very thankful for their assistance. I would recommend this rental for anybody looking for a quiet week away from any stressful situation. The location is beautiful and the weather was unbeleiveable. The only thing that I would give is to look at renting a car or make arrangements with your taxi driver for those who want to travel to several different beaches.
Recommended for:  Romantic Getaway, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

we came out in july and i must say it was the most fantastic setting the photos were exactly what you got from the website.
we had the place to ourselves the maid service was excellent,the island information was also fantastic,we also used february point resort which has beautiful surroundings for a small fee. Visit stocking island which is a small boat ride away,we all went snorkling whilst the boys went fishing it was great.
At nitetime theres the emerald isle casino with a magnificent 18hole golf course with amazing veiws.will defenatley return in the near future

We had a fantastic holiday Island was very beautiful and unspoilt clear blue sea. The Villa was beautifully furnished and just as the website described. Maid service excellent we were well looked after. Photos of Villa just as described. Interior of Villa and amenities lovely very luxurious. We had an excellent holiday in the Bahamas and we are going back next year.
