Spend your vacation 100 yards from a quiet, 7 mile, white sandy beach. Grand Beach is one of the safest, most beautiful beaches in Maine and you can stay only 2 houses away! This house is located off of a small dead end street with access directly to the beach. The interior of the house is cozy, knotty pine. When you aren't soaking up the sun on the beach, spend your time relaxing on the open screened in porch.

Pine Point is located in the town of Scarborough on the southern coast of Maine. It is a wonderful sunbathing, swimming and surf casting beach and very child friendly. Within 15 minutes of Portland, with its many fine restaurants; galleries; museums and shops in the historic Old Port area near the waterfront. Within 45 minutes of Kenebunkport and Ogunquit and within 30-40 minutes of the outlets of Kittery and Freeport (Home of L.L. Bean).

There is an entrance that has 8 ft. to the door with one step to enter the house. Bathroom is on this level but not wheelchair accessible except to the toilet.

This was our third time in this lovely beach home. We have a family of seven. The home is immaculate, cozy and very spacious. The owners are very caring, thoughtful obliging people. We look forward to next summer's stay!!!!

We enjoyed a weeks stay here and we can't wait to go back!! The ocean is few steps away to one of the most beautiful, clean and largest beaches we've ever seen with the most beautiful picturesque view! Very relaxing and serene!! When we were done on the beach we enjoyed our stay in the very large yet cozy cottage with all the ammenities needed not to mention the lovely screened in porch where the majority of our time was spent. Old Orchard Beach is close by as well as other activities. You can't go wrong here where you have the best of both worlds.
