This beautiful just remodeled, NON-SMOKING waterfront condo is right in the heart of Lake Winnipesaukee. Just a couple hundred yards from Weirs Beach in Laconia NH. The condo offers 1 bedroom with full size bed, full kitchen, living room with futon that sleeps 2 and 1 bathroom. The condo has cable TV, great views of the lake, new hardwood floors and walls, new bathroom and kitchen. Full rights to private beach on our property. The condo is in walking distance of gourmet restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals, beach bars, water slides, go-carts, arcades and mini-golf. Fireworks every Friday night at 10pm as well as a drive in movie theater, both can be viewed from our private beach. Live entertainment every night right next door at the world famous NASWA Beach Resort. Also just a short walk to Weirs Beach (2/10 of a mile). Only 1 parking space available. Additional parking close by. NON-SMOKING UNIT. WEEKLY SAT thru SAT. OFF SEASON MONTHLY RATES too. CALL RICH

A great clean unit right on the water!

We had a great time on our vacation at this condo. It was great to have a private beach. The condo was clean and cozy, provided us with everything we needed. Sleeps 2-4 people. Everything you need is within walking distance.
The owners were really nice and provided us with all the information we needed prior to our stay. I would recommend this unit to family and friends.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for the 2 of us. It's in a great location, it's nice and clean and it's right on the lake!

The pictures online are exactly what you are going to find when you get there. Couldn't be more convenient to all that the Weirs Beach area has to offer!!! Everything is in walking distance, so be prepared to park your car and forget about it during your stay. With its own little private beach... it was perfect..The unit itself is small, but with only 3 of us there it worked just fine. The owner of the property is very nice and I would definately recommend this place to any friend or family member.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
