Stay together and forget about booking expensive, impersonal hotel rooms with no kitchen, washer/dryer, or fireplace! This gorgeous, Western-appointed three bedroom townhome includes a fully-equipped office and a garage (absolutely essential during winter.) Each bedroom has its own unique personality. Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two brand-new twin beds, which can be easily combined to make a king-size bed! There is also a comfortable queen-size air mattress available that can be used in the office to make a FOURTH bedroom. All rooms have a door lock for complete privacy. Additionally, the property boasts a chalet-style vaulted and beamed upstairs ceiling, a romantic fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, disposal, trash compactor, microwave, blender, pancake griddle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dishes, utensils, etc.), and a full-size washer and dryer.

Enjoy the fantastic view from the PRIVATE, large, elevated, redwood deck which offers furniture, a barbeque, and an outdoor fireplace. The spacious, beautifully landscaped, grassy back yard affords plenty of room for kids to play outdoors in the summer and build snowmen in the winter. Every window at the property has a mountain view! Abundant towels and linens are provided in addition to many extras (children/adult/cook books, indoor/outdoor toys/games, cowboy hats, etc.)

A vehicle is definitely not necessary at this property. It is an easy stroll to numerous shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and picnic areas. There is also FREE daily shuttle service available continuously throughout the Town of Jackson (and Teton Village for a small fee) with shuttle stops about a block away. You do not have to stay way out-of-town at remote Teton Village, or several miles out-of-town at The Aspens, The Racquet Club, Teton Pines, Wilson, or over the dangerous pass in Idaho. (Always ask where the property is SPECIFICALLY located so you don't end up in one of these places!) You can have this outstanding in-town location between the ballpark/playground and the charming, creek-side jogging path/nature trail, while being only a few blocks away from the famed Town Square and Snow King Ski Resort.

As posted, No Smoking / No Pets ~ No Exceptions (Unlike similar properties in Jackson, we never have and never will accept pets; hence, why we do not post a 'Pet Fee'. Our guests can be assured that they will not have to worry about any allergy-causing pet dander and/or any horrendous pet odors during their stay!)

Location, Location, Location!

My family and I always stay at a vacation rental instead of booking rooms at the same hotel, since we prefer to stay together. Some friends highly recommended this place, and it proved to be one of the very best that we stayed at! The property was clean, comfortable, provided everything we needed, had a dynamite location in Jackson, and the personal interaction we had with the owner was wonderful.

Our family including 2 kids, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents stayed in this very nice condo on our summer vacation to JH. The location was great, since it was in town and close to everything, whereas the ski village alternative was not. The price was a great value and allowed us to participate in all the activities we wanted to including rafting, dining out, the parks, and chuckwagons. We had a great time and would love to go again.

Grand Teton Park begins about five miles north of Jackson on Highway 89. The entrance gates are at Moose Junction {12 miles north} and Moran Junction {30 miles north} of Jackson.

HOW FAR IS YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK FROM JACKSON? HOW FAR IS OLD FAITHFUL?

The south entrance of YNP is about 60 miles north on Highway 89. Old Faithful is approximately 40 miles farther, about 100 miles from Jackson.

CHECK-IN: Check-in can commence any day of the month, if available. Check-in is 4:00 P.M. Mountain Time and check-out is 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept personal checks and Intuit {QuickBooks} only, unless guest pays the 3% credit card {PayPal} fee.

DEPOSITS: 50% deposit due to confirm reservation. Balance due 30 days {60 days for "Summer" & "Winter" reservations} prior to arrival date. REFUNDABLE damage deposit {25% of base rental amount} due with balance. Signed rental agreement required at time of deposit that must be properly executed and returned within 48-hours of receipt, or reservation will be automatically canceled {see below for cancellation fee.}

CANCELLATION POLICY: If reservation is canceled 30 days {60 days for "Summer" & "Winter" reservations} or more prior to arrival date, deposit will be immediately refunded in full, minus a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee. If reservation is canceled 15-30 days {30-60 days for "Summer" & "Winter" reservations} prior to arrival date, deposit subject to forfeit. If reservation is canceled less than 15 days {30 days for "Summer" & "Winter" reservations} of arrival date, full reservation amount {excluding cleaning fee and damage deposit} subject to forfeit. NO REFUND IS PROVIDED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT INCLUDE JULY 4TH OR CHRISTMAS.

Our Big Sky, Montana property {at the North end of Yellowstone} has only a 2 night minimum.
