This spacious, contemporary townhouse with expansive deck, open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, and central air conditioning is part of a development (60 homes on 108 acres) which includes a heated pool, 6 tennis courts, duck pond, and private access to Lake Tashmoo and ocean beaches. It abuts a public golf course and is a short walk to downtown and West Chop lighthouse. First floor includes a living room with 20 foot cathedral ceiling, fireplace, bleached oak hardwood floors and multiple large windows that create an inviting light, open and airy feel. French doors open onto a private deck with lounge chairs, picnic table, and gas and charcoal grills. A formal dining room boasts a window seat, built-in lighted display cabinetry, and large French country pine table. Eat-in tiled kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher/disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, lobster and steamer pots, and refrigerator with icemaker/water dispenser.
