Watch the lobster boats and breathtaking sunrise very morning with your coffee and enjoy the cool ocean breezes and gorgeous sunsets after a day at the beach. Perfect location to enjoy walking down to all the attractions of York Beach or listen to the nightly band concerts from the privacy of your own porch. Relax in the beautiful yard and private sitting areas and listen to the birds which abound close by. The spring and fall are perfect times to visit to enjoy the flowers beginning to bloom and the beautiful foliage but without the hustle and bustle of summertime.

One of the most desirable areas in York Beach. The sandy beach is a five minute walk and the famous Nubble Lighthouse is a 10 minute walk. Shops, restaurants, an arcade, amusement park, zoo and a large playground are all located next to the beach. A trolley runs daily with guided tours or just for quick transportation around the area. Kittery shopping outlets are a short drive and Freeport is a 50 minute trip. York Beach is a great family location with activities and events for the entire family.
