Enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of a home surrounded by trees, rolling lawns, and incredible water views. Tucked away on a dead-end street in the popular, oceanside community of Pochet. Spacious and elegant, this year-round home is filled with comfortable furniture and antiques. The living room has recently been fully redecorated with hardwood floors, new furniture, and a bright, cheerful color scheme. Four of the rooms have cathedral ceilings. The glass-enclosed family room with Mexican tile floor combines a TV viewing area and a large dining table that comfortably seats eight. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has everything a cook would need, plus there is a brand new Weber grill. With 2 king-sized bedrooms, this home easily accommodates two families. There is a view of the ocean from the upstairs master bedroom suite. Set high on 1.5 acres, the home has a rolling lawn and breathtaking views of the marsh and Pleasant Bay.

Also nearby is the well known Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking. You can kayak on Town Cove, fish at Rock Harbor or other salt and freshwater ponds and lakes, or drive to Provincetown for a whale watch excursion. Orleans is the hub of the Lower Cape, with many craft fairs, summer theater, and gourmet restaurants.
