Enjoy beautiful gardens and water views from this private Vermont Cottage located on a dead end road! Deck has a grill and a picnic table with umbrella for dinner gatherings. Two separate units equipped with full kitchens, washer/dryers, bath and bedrooms offer a unique opportunity to enjoy family time together and still maintain alone time. With two bedrooms upstairs and one down, this cottage home provides a bit of heaven on earth. The acre lawn hosts a fireplace with a seating area great for nightly bonfires and quiet conversations overlooking the water. A tree swing invites childhood memories and shady relaxation. Bikers have easy access to the Missisqoui Valley 26 mile Bike Trail (off Route 105). Fishermen can enjoy a small boat off of a dock. Trails along the river invite early or late afternoon walks.
