Daytona Beach 60 minutes, Kennedy Space Center 45 minutes, Disney World 50 minutes, by freeway with access only 3 miles away. Villa has master double bedroom with en suite bathroom/dressing room, oval bath and shower stall and separate WC. Three twin bedrooms, family and sitting rooms with armchairs and settees, dining area and breakfast nook. 30' pool 6' deep shallowing to 3', enclosed by mesh screen. Golf course across the road, with its club house 10 minutes walk away, 2mins drive.
Shopping:
A Winn-Dixie supermarket, open till late, is five minutes walk away, Publix supermarket (more upmarket) is less than ten minutes walk away in a small shopping precinct.
A large shopping mall is only ten minutes drive away, there are also cinemas in the same mall.
Other huge Malls are less than fifteen minutes drive away, where there are more Sears, Burdines and other stores.
Shopping outlets are near downtown Orlando.
SMOKING:
For the benefit of all our non smoking guests, we operate a NO SMOKING policy for the villa, if smokers are desperate they can smoke on the covered patio/lanai or round the pool area.
