Location, location, location! Relax and enjoy your stay in this beautiful 4 bedroom home right on the beach. You'll have spectacular views and can sleep to the sounds of the ocean. Sit on one of the 2 large decks while the children play in the yard. Four large bedrooms sleep 12 comfortably. The walkway to the beach is right next to the house and a lifeguard stand is in front. Short walking distance to grocery store and ice cream shop. A great family vacation!

LBI has been ranked as one of the top 5 beaches in the United States in a popular tourist magazine. You'll love the clean, quiet, family-oriented beach right outside your door. Our house also has a large yard for the kids to play in while you relax on one of the two decks. There is an amusement park, water park, shops, miniature golf, and restaurants within a short driving distance, but far enough away to avoid the extra traffic and noise. A grocery store and ice cream shop are within walking distance. All summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

Great Beach House

This is a Great little beach front house. LBI is a Family place and this house is perfect for the family with small children. Our kids Love this house and it is Close to all your needs and the house is well maintained. The owners are very personable and treated us fantastic. They have a journal in the house that has everones experiences which was fun to read. Pleanty of room and space for the average family, plus plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this house for the eay going, beach loving family.

What a great location. Ocean front, Long Beach Island- doesn't get much better than that. Family friendly atmosphere, beautiful sunrises, perfect accomodations. We had a great family vacation and will plan to come back again next summer. Thank you.

Great Summer Getaway

We rented this home twice in the last two summers and will be back again this year. It is quite an experience to listen to the waves breaking on the shore as you turn in each evening...a very peaceful way to go to sleep. Well maintained and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from decks at two different levels. A large backyard and a picnic table makes a BBQ easy. Lots of parking and an outdoor shower stall to rinse off the salt and sand. A thirty second walk puts you at the ocean's edge. The beach is sandy white and very natural. LBI (and this home) is great for families, surfers, beachcombers, fishermen, artists and anyone who needs a quiet, natural place to get away from the hectic life and just sit back and relax. Grocery stores, ice cream shops, take-out food and restaurants in walking distance. Bring the bikes!! Great shopping oasis for the ladies in nearby Beach Haven too.

I enjoyed this house greatly especially the 50 foot walk from the beach! LBI is a great get away location and could not be more family friendly. My wife and I and my father and mother in law enjoyed it greatly. There was plenty of room and it was well maintained and had a cozy feel almost as if you were at home away from home! I plan on returning in the future for the memories are all good!

Jersey shore rental

We arrived too late at night to see the spectacular view that awaited us in the morning. We had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. We were very close to shopping as well as amusements for the kids and places to go as a couple. It was clean, easy to find and we would stay here again.
