Located on a secluded peninsula on Bonita Beach. Walk directly from our heated pool to the beach. Our gated community includes tennis courts, fishing/ boating piers, shuffleboard, and offers all the extras. Centrally located near exclusive Naples shopping and dining, Ft. Myers Beach, golfing, boating, fishing, para-sailing, and cinemas. Ft. Myers and Naples airports are 20 minutes away. The condominium has just recently been completely designer remodeled. Master bedroom, living room and lanai provide romantic gulf front sunsets and views. The second bedroom provides beautiful back bay landscape views. Two full-size bathrooms. Amenities: 52 inch HD-LCD projection television, chef's kitchen, king size master bedroom/bath, full-size Maytag washer and dryer, televisions in all bedrooms, high speed internet, and a fully screened gulf front lanai . We are a non-smoking condominium.

Nearest Airport: Fort Myers (South West Regional Airport- RSW) at 25 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Interstate 75 at 7 Miles
Car: necessary
Located right on the Gulf on Little Hickory Island, our condominium is situated on a quiet secluded peninsula. We are halfway between Naples and Fort Myers, just off of Interstate 75 and route 41. Excellent shopping is just around the bend. Excellent back bay and gulf activities are on site. Lovers Key State Park abuts our island to the north. Barefoot beach is south of us. Our condominium has a pristine beach, three tennis courts placed in a most scenic area, shuffleboard, a library, and marked walking areas. Porpoises abound. The on site fishing is probably the best in the area. The pool is located right on the beach and the sunsets are easily viewed from either the lanais, the pool seating area, or the many beach front lounges and chairs. Please see our website. Thank you.
