Enjoy spectacular sunsets from this light, bright home overlooking Sheep Pond, one of the cleanest ponds in New England. Walk down the path to the water or drive five minutes to 8 sandy beaches on Cape Cod Bay. This is our primary residence and we trust our tenants will care for it as they would for their own homes. Features include two fish ponds, outdoor shower, and jacuzzi in the master bath. On the first floor is the master suite with walk in closet and sliders to the deck overlooking the water; a half bath and laundry; kitchen and dining area with views; and living room with cathedral ceilings, 3 skylights, wood floors, built-in bookshelves and sliders to the deck. On the second floor is a loft with TV/DVD player, computer; two bedrooms with high ceilings and views of the water (one with a Juliet balcony); common bath; and suite with private bath and sofa bed.
