Beautiful 8 room house lake front to Winnisquam. Boat house & dock included. Awesome views of lake. Very clean. Air conditioned. Bedroom 1 has queen bed TV, VCR, DVD. Enjoy the spectacular lake view. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, TV, VCR, DVD, and magnificent lake view. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds; bedroom 4 has 3 twin beds TV, VCR, DVD. Large living room. Dining room table seats 10. Home has a great kitchen. Table off kitchen seats 6. 20 minutes to Weirs Beach, 5 minutes to the Tanger Outlets, 15 minutes to skiing at Gunstock. Summer jet skiing rentals near by, swimming, Golf, Miniture golf, pirates cove across the street. No need to travel further, everything is right there. Very clean, exceptionally comfortable mattresses.

Whats around the area: Our house on the lake is an excellent family vacation. Lots of fun to be had on the lake. We are minutes to the sand bar where the boats park and families party in the lake. We have pirates cove located across the steet. Great fun for the kids. The tanger outlets is 5 minutes up the street, lots of great shopping.

Just relaxing on the deck of the house and the kids are busy in the lake. There is dock they can swim to and jump off, lots of fun...

In the winter there is ice fishing on the lake, Gunstock is 15 minutes away with excellent skiing and tubing fun for the whole family. There is so much more in the area. The views from the house are awesome all year round. The foliage is unbelievable in the fall. Plan a weekend and get away to a beautiful, spotless clean house with breath taking views and just relax.

Wonderful Home

Our "girlfriend snowshoe weekend" was great fun due in part because of our wonderful accommodations at the lakeside home. The home owner was great to deal with. Friendly and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to come again in the future! Great home - Great memories.

Just to say we had a wonderful time at your home on Lake Winnisqam. The changing lake view from the windows was beautiful, and the location couldn't have been better. Marie was a great host and always on hand if we had any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Can't wait to go back!

This trip was just what we needed. It was the perfect fall weekend and topped off with a terrific home to stay in. The house is direct lake front with wonderful views from two of the bedrooms and from the living/dining area. The home was so spotlessly clean. It was also so comfortable, it was like being at home. It is located in close proximity to almost anything you can think of; shopping, food, hiking, etc. We took a day trip to Loon Mountain and had an absolute blast! We can't wait to plan our next trip! Thanks for everything Marie!

Couldn't Have Asked For More!

From the moment I spoke to the owner Marie, I knew this place was for us! The house was Immaculate! Bedrooms were a great size, with TV's in all rooms. Not that there is anytime to spend indoors. There is so much to do. Swimming,boating,tubing mini golf, shopping at the outlets! In fact this property is so perfect we were there for 10 minutes and called Marie to book it for another week. Would definetely return year after year!
