Located in the prestigious Kingswood Estates just Five Minutes from Northstar and 1 mile to Lake Tahoe beaches in Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach for swimming, boating, and kayaking. Tahoe City is 10 minutes away and Ski Resorts Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are 20 minutes driving distance. For the adults, gaming and night activities can be enjoyed just 5 minutes away in the casinos. Also 5 minutes to North Tahoe Regional Park, with groomed cross-country ski trails, sled rentals and snowmobile rentals! This newer mountain home is flanked by greenbelt and bathed in sun. One can enjoy filtered lake views from the large living room windows and sunny decks. A hot tub outside under the stars lets you relax in private, day or night.
