Located only 50 miles north of Grand Rapids, Townline Lake is a beautiful 250 acre 'all sports' lake. It's a nice fishing lake and a great lake for swimming, skiing or jet skiing. The cottage faces southwest enabling you to enjoy wonderful sunsets. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open floor plan and sun room overlooking the lake. A huge deck is only steps from the waters edge. The cottage is 2 doors down from a park that has a buoyed swimming area, playground, basketball court and picnic area. Its also only a few doors down from a public boat launch. We do have a dock so bring your boat. There's a sandy beach along with a fire pit by the water. You can sit in the sun by the beach or relax on the oak shaded deck. If you feel lucky, The Soaring Eagle Casino is only 36 miles away.

Wonderful Lakefront with Beautiful Water

The owners of this home are very professional and caring people. If there is something that you need,just ask.
The water is so nice and clear. Good fishing as well.
The square footage of this house is great. It's so nice to be able to stretch out. Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher...great plus for convienence.
Just dock your boat 2 doors down and enjoy!!!!
