Great Location, Price!

Our group of 8 spend Memorial Day weekend at this property. We found it to be super enjoyable, great location, right on the bay and short walking distance to the beach. The beach was spectacular, not crowded, and it was near two surf shops where we rented skim boards and bought a few things that we needed. Pinky's restaurant was almost right across the street and the food there was incredible. We spent a lot of time swimming in the bay that is two feet away from the house and it was all in all a very relaxing experience.
We BBQ'd; the grill they provide is new, and very clean. The ACME grocery store is about 7 blocks south. Slightly overpriced, but there is a Shop Rite on Rt 72 on the way onto the island. There are also many rows of restaurants throughout the island.
The homeowners were very nice and accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen utilities (coffee maker, pots, pans, glassware, dishware, utensils). The place was a little bit small for 8 adults, but it was still comfortable. We were never on top of one another during our 3 days there. There is a big front porch with an gorgeous view of the bay and sunset. The second shower in the backyard was definitely useful for after beach/bay showers.
The only negative thing is that the extra sheets/blankets/towels that were provided needed to be washed before we arrived. Unfortunately they smelt a little like mildew. Other then that, this place is the perfect thing we were looking for for a weekend getaway from NYC.
MOST IMPORTANTLY- the address of this place does not show up correctly on GPS. The street signs are also on little white posts so it is kind of hard to tell where you are going but be sure to ask the homeowners for THEIR directions as they will provide the correct ones!!
