This property has been in the family for 50 years and through the years we have improved and built on.
The beautiful hills of Sintra reminded my father of the mountains of Austria where we are originally from. Looking from Cascais where we first lived in the fifties, he always thought he wanted to have a property there. There were no roads and no houses and we used donkeys to go to Malveira da Serra.
No doubt : the views, sunrises and sunsets.
The village of 'Malveira da Serra' is situated in the protected area of 'Sintra-Cascais Natural Park' and near the picturesque old fishing village of Cascais.
Famous 'Guincho Beach' is within a couple of minutes by car and the amazing 'Cabo da Roca', the most western point of Europe is only 10 minutes away.
The property is 10 minutes drive from Cascais, 15 minutes from Estoril and 15 minutes from Sintra. Driving to Lisbon is only 30 minutes, mostly on motorway. Most golf courses in the Lisbon area are within 10 to 15 minutes drive.
Other Activities: horseback riding, ecological walks in the natural park, cultural tours
