'Fairway Villas' in Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation, is the perfect adult vacation. The entire, newly furnished, condo is overlooking the pond as well as fairway and green #6 green Camellia from second floor. Watch the sunset from the screened in porch while having dinner, cocktails, or watch golfers approach and 'hole out' Or, have your coffee on the front porch chairs and watch golfers on hole #27. The condo is located just 5 minutes from historic downtown Wilmington NC, close to everything Wilmington has to offer, including fine restaurants and quaint shops. The condo is just 20-25 minutes from many beaches. Bed and bath linens are furnished. (45 minutes north of Myrtle Beach)
Golf Course: Our beautiful condo is located on hole #6 Camellia of Magnolia Greens' 27 hole course. The course is both beautiful and challenging. See the many other coursed below.
Beaches: There are several beaches within 20 -25 minutes of Magnolia Greens. The quaint village of Southport is only a 25 minute drive. There are great shops and restaurants, and a 20 minute car ferry can take you across to Kure & Carolina Beaches. Wrightsville Beach is located approximately 18 miles northeast of Wilmington. This beautiful beach town has much to offer.
Wilmington: Wilmington N.C. is a very historical town rich in culture and theatre. Located just 10 minutes north of Magnolia Greens, it has many fine restaurants and pubs. The Cotton Exchange is an old cotton mill that has been converted into small shops.
My husband and I are both retired school teachers from PA. We still live in PA full time, but we spend our winters at our condo and return frequently with friends.

We chose Magnolia Greens because of its close proximity to the beautiful town of Wilmington and all it has to offer. We are avid golfers and wanted to be directly on a golf course. The airport is less than fifteen minutes away, and we loved this area at first sight!
We felt our condo was perfect for so many reasons. Firstly, it is open and bright with so many windows and doors. The views are wonderful. We can enjoy the spectacular NC sunsets from our back screened in deck while having cocktails and watching golfers. We can relax with coffee and the morning sun on the rocking chairs on the front deck and watch golfers come up fairway #27. There are other condos in our neighborhood for rent, but ours is unique in that it has been newly renovated with many upgrades, including new mattresses, granite composite counter tops, new furnishings and wonderful ambiance.
A fantastic place to stay. All the home comforts you could wish for. We couldn't find any faults anywhere. There were three very demanding ladies in my party and they all thought the condo was superb. My advice? go there and enjoy it. You won't regret it.
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of spending a month in Nan & Paul's condo. Our mission was two fold.....First - it was to relax and decompress, as I had just retired the week before arriving, and second - to determine whether this was the area that my wife and i would move and retire to. I can honestly say that by the completion of our stay both goals were fulfilled. We found the condo to be not only tastefully decorated, but very clean, comfortable and relaxing. This was a great place for completing our mission.....the view of #15 fairway & green was a definite plus and the location was a perfect base to operate out of. We were only minutes away from all that Wilmington, and the surrounding area, has to offer and just a few minutes more away from Wrightsville beach - where we spent many relaxing moments. Not only were Nan & Paul very accommodating/available in getting the rental process completed, but we found the people of Leland and particularly those in Magnolia Greens to be very welcoming and kind. We will definitely be coming back to complete our search for our retirement home. Many thanks Nan & Paul !
My parents and I went to Wilmington for a long weekend to attend a wedding, and I saw this condo online. It was beautiful, well kept, and in a good location. The owner was very easy to deal with, and the condo was quiet and peaceful...an awesome place to get away for a few days. I would definitely consider staying here again.
I was looking for well located vacation home rental not too far from the points of attractions in Wilmington. The condo we rented is well located and is close to shopping areas. Either you want to go the beach or go troll in Wilmington historic district, you spend about 20 mins. This condo is as described and I was able to enjoy the ammenities available in the neighborhood (golf courses, swimming pool). The condo was large enough to accommodate my family of five, it is clean and the owners are friendly and respond quickly to any requests. My family and friends will definitely check its availabilty for our next vacations. I will defineyely recommend to anyone who wants to relax in Wilimington. The wireless internet is a little bit weak if you need to do some work, but you are in vacations....should not be a big deal.
The condo is exactly as it seems; well appointed, peaceful and clean with a great view. The location is close to golf, Wilmington & shopping.

The accommodations in and around the condo made our stay a very relaxing and
wonderful stay. After a long day in the hustle and bustle of downtown Wilmington
(which is a wonderful place in itself) we really looked forward to getting back to the very peaceful and quiet condo. We had the added bonus of enjoying a beautiful sunset which we enjoyed with a great glass of wine, relaxing on the screened in porch. The condo was very tastefully decorated and everything we possibly could need was there. Very, very enjoyable stay.
