This townhouse is perfect for the romantic holiday, a friends getaway, two couples with w or w/o children, a grandparents/parents/children vacation. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, garage, and 2 screened in all season decks that are perfect for relaxing any time of day. We are close to anything and everything! Wells is located between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. The Wells Trolley stops right out front and can take you to beaches, great restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, etc. The scenic harbor of Wells has a public boat launch and fishing pier. Perkins Cove in Ogunquit is just a short drive where you can go deep-sea fishing or take a whale watching cruise or a sunset cocktail cruise. Factory outlet malls, amusements, water parks and other family attractions are within an easy driving distance. Antique shops are everywhere! We are 10 minutes from historic Kennebunkport.

The townhouse has four levels. On the first level is the garage, entry and utility rooms, the second level has the living room, kitchen, half bath, a front deck with screens/storms and a back deck, the third level has the master bedroom and bath, two other bedrooms and a full bath with washer/dryer and the fourth floor has a familyroom with wet bar and TV and a deck with screens/storm windows.
