On the first level is the garage, entry and utility rooms, the second level has the living room, kitchen, half bath, a front deck with screens/storms and a back deck, the third level has the master bedroom and bath, two other bedrooms and a full bath with washer/dryer and the fourth floor has a familyroom with wet bar and TV and a deck with screens/storm windows.
